Automedis ("we", "us") is a mobile application that monitors public car-listing websites and notifies you of new listings matching your filters. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and name.
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your basic profile (name) and email address from that provider to create or access your account. We do not receive your social-media password.
• Notification tokens: a device push token (FCM) so we can send you new-listing alerts.
• Payment data: purchases are processed by Google Play and Stripe. We store transaction metadata (e.g. order id, amount, credit balance) but never your full card details.
• Your content: the search filters and saved listings you create.
• Public listing data: car-listing information we collect from public portals to match against your filters.
• Device/usage data: basic device information needed to operate the app.

How we use your information

• To provide the monitoring service and deliver new-listing notifications.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance and subscriptions.
• To secure your account and provide customer support.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate: Google (sign-in, Play Billing, push delivery via Firebase), Facebook (login), Stripe (payments), and Brevo (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide their service.

Data retention

We keep your personal data until you delete your account, after which it is removed within 30 days. Some payment records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax/accounting).

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. In the app: Settings → Export data and Settings → Delete account. You may also email us. EU/EEA users have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.
